The Orange 4K is a ultra high precision resin 3D printer with 4K Mono LCD screen at 6480x3840px, equating to 31.5µm Y 10.5µm in subpixel resolution.
We use the Longer Orange 4K as our standard high spec. printer for TerraFig SLA resin prints and are proud to be a distributor of Longer products.
Dual Z Axis Linear Guides
The Orange 4K is built with dual linear guides for more steady printing and zero wobble/layer line issues, meaning a far smoother transition between detailed overhangs even at sheer angles on models.
Uniform Parallel UV array
The Orange 4K is built with parallel UV LED lighting sources to provide better uniformity, higher intensity and short curing times (meaning faster prints overall).
Easy Operation & Algorithm Embedded
Easy leveling with four screws. With the algorithm embedded in Longerware, the UV exposure through each subpixel will be controlled accurately to deliver final 3D models with ultra-smooth surfaces and ultra-fine details. Orange 4K is compatible with Chitubox as well.
Fast Cooling & High Temperature Warning System
Temperature detection system included. The system will stop printing when temperatures are too high to safely cure resins in a way that won't lose detail or cause undue LCD damage. Equipped with high efficiency cooling system to improve lifespan of the printer internals.
This printer comes without resin. We have used LONGER, EPAX, Elegoo, Uniz and Sunlu brands with our own printers, but any UV curing SLA-suitable resin should work.
